Catharina Hedberg, Director and co-owner of The Ashram, developed a deep appreciation for nature's ability to keep people healthy in body, mind, and soul through her childhood spent hiking, skiing, and walking outdoors in Sweden. The Ashram chef, Suzie Spring Bohannon, has created a farm-to-table menu from the retreat's organic garden that combines bold flavors, superfoods, and nutritional philosophies from around the world, providing guests with a culinary adventure. Food photographer Amy Neunsinger, whose work has appeared in popular books such as The Sprinkles Baking Book and Mark Sikes Beautiful, has produced stunning photographs of the dishes served at The Ashram, as well as for influential style-based brands such as Clinique, Crate & Barrel, and West Elm.
