The mista technique refers to the combination of several techniques used by the master to create objects of precious glass with a special character. The balanced mix of several techniques gives the work a strong character and enriches its identity.
Peter Marino, born in New York in August 1949, graduated in painting, sculpture and art history and completed his studies in architecture, art and planning at Cornell University's College of Architecture. In 1978 he founded his own architectural practice in New York and is known worldwide as the leading architect for luxury brands. He has received numerous awards for residential projects, commercial spaces, cultural and public venues. Marino integrated over 300 contemporary artworks into his architectural projects and owns a unique collection of modern art. His artistic approach to clichés is reflected in his limited collection of bronze boxes, which are considered unique works.
